Terms of Service

1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SastaDealMart's wholesale catalog, inventory storage, call center confirmation, and Cash on Delivery fulfillment services across the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Pakistan. By creating an account or accessing any SastaDealMart API, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Dropshipper Account and Merchant Obligations
As a registered dropshipper, you represent that all marketing materials, advertisements, and store representations conform to applicable local consumer protection laws in each target jurisdiction. You agree not to market prohibited, hazardous, counterfeit, or misleading items.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Collection and Remittance
SastaDealMart acts as your physical fulfillment partner. Couriers collect gross COD cash from customers upon delivery. Net remittance amounts (gross collected less wholesale product cost, courier delivery charges, and return fees) are disbursed to the merchant's verified bank account (IBAN) on a weekly settlement cycle every Tuesday.
4. Return Charges (RTO) and Refused Orders
In cases where a verified order is rejected by the customer at the door, the product is returned to the regional hub. Merchants are responsible for standard return courier surcharges as outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
SastaDealMart, the SastaDealMart logo, and software platforms are the proprietary property of SastaDealMart Logistics LLC. Merchants retain all intellectual property rights to their individual Shopify storefronts and brand logos.
6. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. SastaDealMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party ad network platform penalties.
